Add water mass to glossary

It's a small thing, but I went looking for the water mass value and it wasn't in the glossary. To find it I looked under Problems/Topics, then Computational Mass Spectrometry. I glanced at all six problems quickly, didn't see it, so went back to Calculating Protien Mass, then expanded the background information, and there it was.

Looking into this a little more, 18.01528 seems to be the average water mass while 18.01056 is the monoisotopic mass. (Source: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Molecular_mass#Isotopic_considerations, sorry I don't have a more authoritative source.) I come from a programming background and not biology, but would the monoisotopic mass be more appropriate in the context of spectrometry?

Thank you!  This was indeed our inconsistency.
