1g needs a better example

Based on the proportion of correct answers, 1g really needs either an additional note (Note: the most frequent kmer(s) with mismatches are not necessarily present in the string), or [my preference] a sample dataset where at least one of the most frequent kmers is not a substring of the sequence.
