LOCA multiple possible alignments in example

I thought my algorithm had a problem because the alignment was not the same as the example. It turns out there are multiple possible SW alignments to LOCA so I wasted my time. It would be nice to include a note about this.

Thank you for your feedback! We have added a note clarifying that multiple correct solutions may exist. To verify your solution to the sample dataset, you need to only make sure that you have a valid alignment that achieves the same score as the sample solution given.
